About Lisa

I love sharing yoga with beginners as well as helping people advance their practice. As a dancer and counselor, yoga helped me meld my worlds and bring the mind, body and spirit connection together. I make all aspects of yoga accessible to students.

Seeing students gain mobility, strength and confidence is the best part of sharing yoga with others.
