About Cybele
I help women take charge of their mental health and joy through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, gratitude, and nutritional tips.
On my journey as a mental health warrior, I started to use exercise as my antidepressant. But, I kept getting hurt with traditional workouts and as I searched for physical exercises that wouldn't hurt my body, I found yoga. Became enamored with it because of how effective it was in banishing my depression.
With that realization, I wanted to learn more, become certified só that I could help others take charge of their mental health só they can be their best selves for themselves and their loved ones.
200hr yoga teacher training, depression recovery workshop, and research.
