About Szilvia
Half Moon Vinyasa was founded in 2018 with the intent to spread the healing power of yoga. We believe in the ablility of this practice to teach practitioners self-love and confidence. Our mission is to reach the "unusual" audience and to introduce yoga with our old fashioned style to those who need it the most. Our studio offers classes to all levels and welcomes those who struggle with anxiety, depression and PTSD with and extremely gentle heart. Our prices are competitive for both classes and workshops. Our owner Szilvia Papp has been a practitioner of yoga for over 10 years and she is a 200 Hour Experienced Yoga Teacher.
