About Sarah
Village Yoga is an alignment based traditional yoga studio dedicated to creating an accepting and encouraging yoga community.
We offer traditional yoga classes as well as private individual and small group lessons. that focus on alignment and providing an encouraging and welcoming environment where students of all levels can nurture their minds, bodies, and spirits.
Our instructors come from a range of backgrounds and disciplines, making Village Yoga a diverse collective of expertise.
All of our instructors are yoga alliance certified, several of our instructors have even completed both 200 and 300 hr certifications and studied under some of the most respected teachers in the world.
All of our instructors care deeply about the safety of students and providing a comfortable yet challenging experience.

We like to talk with the student before scheduling a private lesson to get a better understanding of their experience level, what they're looking to gain from lessons, and information on any relavant injuries or preventions.
For regular group classes, students can sign up online at any time (concealed information)
We work with students of all ages and experience levels and even offer children and family classes as well as a 6 week beginner series.
