About Carolyn
I have been teaching movment and body awareness, integrating body, mind work for 30 years.
I am a Registered Nurse with a Masters in Health and Wellness from UMD. I am a Certified ACE American Council on Exercise Fitness Instructor since 1990, Certified Yoga Calm for Kids Instructor, and am Registered Yoga Teacher -RYT-500. Teaching people to find joy in movement and in self reflection is my passion
