About Carolyn

Providing Iyengar yoga for adults - a variety of poses are provided - standing, seated, backbends, inversions and restorative. I am a certfied Iyengar Yoga teacher and have 15 years experience teaching Hatha Yoga. Yoga helps to strengthen the body, foster body awareness, reduce stress.

I'm registered with Yoga Alliance eRYT200 (I have taught more than 1000 hours of Hatha yoga classes).

I teach two public classes a week in Chapel Hill and two public classes a week in NW Cary.

I have been providing a weekly Saturday morning ZOOM online yoga class for the past 15 months.

I enjoy seeing students gain confidence in their yoga poses and realize the many benefits of yoga practice- alleviating stiffness and focusing on their body.

I am a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and a registered Hatha Yoga Teacher (eRYT200) with over 1000 hours of experience teaching yoga students over the past 15 years. I take continuing education every year to freshen my skills.

About the lesson

We meet face to face in a group class (NW Cary or Chapel Hill, NC) to discuss the student's goals and their availability to participate in group classes. Its necessary to attend a group class or classes with me before arranging a private yoga lesson with me.
