giving a peaceful lifestyle change to your mental and physical. We can take things at your pace with organic body movements to help deepen your practice. If you have an Instagram you can find me at @alonsyogaescape

I love helping people, women especially find there self through wellness and peace. It's been hard through the pandemic so falling into stress, anxiety and depression is a real thing that you do not have to go through alone and I love to be the vessel to peoples needs! And who doesn't wanna go into the summer with a clear state of mindand a sexy body!

I've always been into fitness growing up so this was just something I think I found my self! And at my old high school I was captain of my cheer squad and they wanted to book me after seeing my TikTok and Instagram
