About Ann
Peaceful Poses Kids Yoga is a traveling yoga business. We travel to the client’s location with yoga mats and teach yoga and mindfulness. Ann Fields, founder of Peaceful Poses Kids Yoga has her RYT-200 and RCYT. She specializes in teaching children including yoga for the youth athlete, children with exceptional abilities and trauma informed yoga. Her classes range from toddlers to teens. Peaceful Poses Kids Yoga also offers a teen and tween program called Illuminate. This program is partnered with a licensed social worker. Illuminate empowers teens to work through anxiety, depression, body image and much more.
