The instructor, Massy, was so nice and friendly. As a beginner, I was nervous that I would not know the positions and movements, but she really took the time to make sure I was doing everything correctly. She also made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her studio is small and cozy, so you really feel like you’re getting a one on one experience.

It’s a very private and personal experience! Massy always provides modifications so it’s great for beginners. Massy is super knowledgeable and always provides context on yoga and the practice. Love every minute of it!
