I am a certified ChiRuning and ChiWalking Instructor. I join Yoga, Walking, Running, and movement in general with Iyengar and Anusara Yoga. We also will be incorporating some cross training Qui Gung. Shed your pain through strength and alignment, flexibility and grounding. "Focus your Mind, strengthen your core, Run Like the wind!"
