About Mitch
I fell in love with the practice of Yoga from my very first class 18 years ago. I've always had this natural urge to teach. My dream has been to combine the two into my life purpose. I graduated my first 200 hr. Yoga training 2002. Since that time I have assisted 2 more 200 hr. Yoga teacher trainings. In 2005 I took another 200hr. Yoga teacher training. All of my training was in the Anusara style of Yoga. During this time I have trained with many master teachers John Friend, Todd Norian, Sienna Sherman just to name a few. So I offer 16 years of teaching experience with a lot of knowledge to share with students. Since 2012 I have been studying the Ashaya style of Yoga with Todd Norian. My teaching is alignment based and fun filled. I am a E-200 hr. Certified yoga teacher registered with the yoga alliance. Also, a certified Pilates instructor from Balance Body University.
