I teach regular yoga, vinyasa, chair yoga, yoga with weights and YogaFaith- Christian Based yoga
private lessons, group classes and even yoga parties 🎉
I love showing people how they can connect to themselves in a whole new way.
I am a music teacher - teaching is something I live to do so teaching yoga became a natural direction after practicing yoga personally and see how it transformed life.
I have studied yoga since 2002, and taught since 2004. I am certified through YogaFaith and xenstrengthyoga with weights.

When they sign up for a private lesson or express interest in attending classes regularly, I email them a questionnaire.
For private students, this helps me Taylor their sessions specifically to them. For class attendees, it helps me plan classes and know their goals and any physical concerns privately without taking away from other student's time:
Children as young at 4 to students in their 80's.
Look and length of study and what their students say if reviews are available.
Love the end of someone's first yoga session. They never realize how good their bodies and spirits could feel with a little self-care.
