First ask from student about their fitness goals and if any health issues or body ir joints pain etc then I start from basics of workout and some intermediate level of asanas and stretching to check the fitness level and ability of student like flexibility and strength after checking the student fitness level then customize the training as per their level and requirements.
With all age group from 10 yrs to 90 yrs old from different professions.
Student must ask from teacher about experience and certifications of teachers.
