About Kimberly
My classes are designed for real people! What does this mean? Like you, I work full time and have children. I understand the demands of life and that we want and need a time and space to release from the day and the week. Our bodies are getting older but we still want to enjoy all life has to offer. Join me as we reduce soreness and pain while refocusing during moments of stillness.
I love the sense of family during each session. Together, we explore the poses and share how we feel physically and emotionally. That sense of trust is amazing! It allows us to encourage and celebrate one another consistently.

I ask what experience do they have with yoga and how are they feeling at that moment.
Then I begin to introduce them to other students and explain how I will assist them throughout the session. I remind them to always listen to their personal body and realize on any given the day, we may or may not be able to go deep into a pose if at at all. The main thing is to focus on breath and not judge how the body responds.
