Making gains towards their goals is what makes me smile! No matter whether your goal is to create freedom from mental & emotional suffering or to regain strength after surgery or simply learn to embrace the challenge of hand balancing, every time you grow and heal my heart soars!

I began my yoga and meditation journey when I was expecting my first daughter in 2006. It was such a transformative experience that I chose to become a yoga teacher myself. I love helping people connect to their bodies and to a sense of calm.

About the lesson

I will ask you to fill out a form so I can get an idea of what your needs are prior to our meeting. When we do meet either in person or virtual we will discuss your current condition and needs as that can change daily. While practicing I will demo for you and then observe your form and give you feedback on your practice.

I work with everyone from yoga teachers on how to teach their clients from a more authentic and knowledgeable place. To students that are suffering from debilitating injuries.

First ask yourself what is it you truly need. Then seek out several teachers, interview them to find out who resonates with you.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1) what's your goal?

2) where are you currently on your path to this goal?

3) what do you want to experience?

4) what do you not want to experience?

Sarah is a passionate, expert yoga teacher. She educates and encourages her students to move, breathe and experience all aspects of yoga.
When i asked her for a private session to help me with a medical condition, Sarah delved into my problem, did the research and developed a healing plan using asanas, visualization and breathing techniques. I am grateful for her guidance and look forward to continuing to practice under her tutelage. ♥
