About Jane
The essence of teaching any discipline is to discover how your student learns and what they want to accomplish by studying with you.
I received my 200 hour teacher training at Kashi Urban Ashram in Atlanta and am in the process of working toward my 500 hour certification. I am also studying Chakras through a program offered by Yoga International.
I participate in LinkedIn, Ayogastudio, have a website, Ayogastudio.net, and you can sign up for a class using the MindBody app. I have taught yoga at my current location in the Studioplex site at 659 Auburn Ave. in the Old Fourth Ward area for 7 years.
I began practice many years ago and my focus was on ballet at the time. Eventually, I came to love the practice an decided to get my teaching certificate.
