Yoga for You
It's not about how flexible you are or knowing all the poses.
It's about doing YOUR thing and practicing for YOU!
Here, at Divine Jyoti, I combine traditional with more modern methodologies to promote marked improvements in your physical and mental wellbeing.
I started dancing at the age of 3 and competed until I was 15, due to a swimming accident. I never really stopped dancing but it just wasn't my true love anymore.
10 years ago I started doing yoga and feel in love with it as it reminded me of my dance life. And then, 2 years ago, during my journey across the country, I decided that I wanted to dive deeper into yoga and gain a better understanding of what it means to be a yogi. So, I enrolled in a 200-hour teacher training.
I have 373 hours of yoga teacher training. Certified in Hatha, Raja, Nada, Gian, Bhakti, Karma, Pregnancy, Healthy Back, and Kids (ages 2-10) Yoga.

Students ages 3-75. Those with extreme flexibility and mobility to those that have a very limited range of motion.
