About Anne
We offer small group and individualized classes and services for physical, mental and emotinoal health including nutrition, fitness, yoga, massage, acupuncture, meditation and visulaization.

Anne Rollins is a board certified sports nutritionist, registered dietitian, USAT coach and fitness trainer. I enjoy using multiple skills to help my clients achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle, not matter their level.
Anne Rollins holds a Master of Science in Clinical Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Studies and Public Health from New York University, is Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, a USAT Level 1 coach and fitness trainer working in health and fitness for over 25 years.
