About Kathy
Working with me as your art therapy coach is about more about a journey of self-discovery and creating some art along the way. Art therapy is about creating space for healing, self-discovery, growth, and peace. I believe that every person has a unique story to tell, and art provides a safe and powerful way to express emotions that are sometimes difficult to put into words.
My coaching approach is compassionate, supportive, and judgment-free. Whether you are experienced in art or have never picked up a paintbrush before, you will be welcomed exactly as you are. I guide students through creative experiences that encourage mindfulness, emotional expression, confidence-building, and personal transformation. This is a lifelong journey, not a destination.
What makes me effective as an art therapy coach is my ability to connect deeply with people while helping them feel calm, inspired, and understood. I create sessions that are meaningful, creative, and tailored to individual needs. I understand that healing and growth look different for everyone, and I am committed to helping each student feel seen, encouraged, and empowered throughout their journey.
My goal is to help students not only discover themselves through art, but also discover inner strength, emotional balance, and renewed confidence through the creative process. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and I bring patience, creativity, empathy, and encouragement into every session. Art therapy is not about creating perfect or beautiful art, rather about the process and expressing yourself.
