About Alexis
I'm a junior in college at the University of Denver, studying economics, sociology, and political science. I have hands-on experience tutoring elementary students in reading and English, and I'm excellent at math, especially algebra. I'm passionate about one-on-one tutoring so that I can meet your individualized needs. My parents are two public school teachers who raised me to value education, and most of my free time outside of school was spent volunteering in their classrooms. Along with my BA in Economics, I am also pursuing an MS in social policy, focused on educational equity. Although I don't have extensive tutoring history, I can more than make up for it with my dedication and experience in the classroom.
