About Makenzie

Does anyone need a math/reading tutor for grades K-12? I’ve tutored off and on for the last few years and I’m looking to make a little extra money as I am graduating with my B.A.S. in May. I currently have a collegiate GPA of 3.9 and maintained a 3.7-4.0 GPA all throughout high school.

I can work with your student to develop efficient study and organization methods, as well as help prepare them for collegiate level writing. I am proficient in math subjects such as geometry, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Pre Calculus material.

I have tutored students as young as 6 and as old as 16 primarily in math and writing. I’ve tutored students with ADHD and have helped to keep them on track with proven studying techniques. I love to get to know my students personally and am a huge promoter of higher education!
