About Ed
Fitness should be fun and rewarding. Whatever your goal may be, we should be exercising and eating healthy because we love our bodies and our health not because we don't like something about ourselves.
Trained Fitness and Nutrition makes working out fun and effective producing long lasting results and teaching people how to live a lifestyle of health and wellness.
With over 10 years of experience and certifications from NASM, TRX, and more I have helped countless people achieve their health and wellness goals.
The most gratifying thing about being a career Fitness and Nutrition specialist is watching my clients surpass the goals they once thought were unobtainable. Watching people grow physically and mentally while becoming stronger and healthier is a huge reward for a trainer.
I got started teaching in a local gym I was a member of and once I established a name for myself I decided to branch out and create my own company Trained Fitness and Nutrition LLC.

The initial process is a comprehensive assessment to determine the current fitness level of a new student. With a strong emphasis on form and technique a comprehensive assessment gives us the information needed to create a safe , effective, and fun workout program that generates real results.
I have worked with students/ clients of all ages from teens to seniors, athletes to average gym goers and even fitness competitors.
My biggest piece of advice would be to be vocal about your goals and expectations of yourself. A coach can only do so much , the coach and the student must both be 100% committed to the end goal. Trust the process things don't happen overnight , but every goal is achievable when you have the right mindset!
