I have been a life-long listener and teacher. Dedicated to advocacy and development, with absolute passion as a consummate professional, my philosophy is that every aspect of what we do, individually and organizationally, is entirely about respect for others. I am always striving to help provide an unmatched level of service and significantly impact the lives of those with whom I work, serve, and lead.

Gifted and enthusiastic advocate, communicator, mediator, trainer, and leader. Dedicated to partnerships and extraordinary service with a passion for helping everyone succeed. Expert in quality systems, operational leadership, and customer/supplier partnerships with multi-cultural and multi-site locations. Appreciating and wanting to help support educators and students, I am seeking the opportunity to help students both within and outside of the standardized school systems.

As a young student, I began tutoring foreign nationals, prior to entering the corporate workforce. It progressed into developing and training complex processes and systems within various industries for land, sea, air, and space. These roles included creating, conducting, and managing individual, departmental, and company-wide development and succession plans- this means every department, every process. The joy for me is to facilitate an environment for learning and taking complex ideas and processes and simplifying and tailoring them for learning at every level. The core of what I do and bring to each role is to help everyone see their value, to see beyond, and help empower their growth. It is the single most powerful act we perform—to help one see themselves and their potential.

In 2004 I took a break from my career and worked as a building substitute teacher in multiple districts for the 2004-2005 school year. This comprised all grades and subjects from K-12, and special needs. It was so impactful that teachers requested me for their absences.

In 2024 I began the transition from my career and resumed working as a building substitute teacher in a local district, receiving the same positive feedback and specifically requested by teachers and students.

With impeccable ethics, exceptional skills, commitment, and always thinking forward, the greatest part of my character is respect for others and the belief that working together we can make a difference.

I look forward to discussing a plan to help you meet your goals, and perhaps some of your dreams.
