About Ashley
My business teaches all ages the fun of art. You can learn to express yourself and get rid of stress with art, or how to go in depth and add shadows behind a face. Whatever it is, I want to help!
I started teaching as a assitant teacher at a summer program for grades k-8th.
Since around the seventh grade, I worked as a teachers assistant, where I was able to engage with kids, and teach art. Around ninth grade, I branched off to working more on my own, and just helping kids who wanted to learn.

It really all depends on what the student is looking for. If it is a way to express feelings, I help to teach them how art can be useful, and a safe and fun way to do this. If they are looking to learn how to draw/create things specifically, I will help them do that, while encouraging them to use their own skills to create their OWN artwork.
I have worked with a lot of students on the spectrum, and children who need a way to safely express themselves.
Be prepared to have some fun! This is a no judgement zone, just a place for you to learn and express yourself.

I try my best to work with the students situation. I am always willing to discuss what works best for you! I will generally say that a good starting price is $15/hour.
