About Chris

I focus on guiding the actor to make text-based decisions to better his or her audition for television or film. I work with well prepared actors that are 110% ready to book the job. When you come completely prepared, I work with YOUR unique choices and personality to prep the best audition/selftape you can do!

I enjoy watching the growth of an audition within such a short period of time. I also enjoy the discovery and spontaneity that in turn informs me with new, imagination filled choices!

After being inspired from some of my mentors and meeting amazing actors in my career, I began coaching close friends on their auditions to make sure they felt as prepared as possible. It started as a favor to all of the friends that would repeatedly self tape auditions with me and turned into just about my favorite thing to do every week!

Graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.

Represented by:

Momentum Talent and Literary Agency

About the lesson

After evaluating what the client has prepared. I help fine-tune and specify choices making his or her audition as specific and clean as possible. I emphasize a safe working environment for all of my clients.

I mostly work with working actors who have experience with being on television sets including one hour dramas, multicam comedies, single cam comedies, and long running procedurals.

Now I have clients working on plays in New York City, in made for TV movies, short films, and feature films!

Look for someone who works well with your personality and that you feel safe with! As instructors, we grow and learn too! But neither of us will if the work is hindered in anyway!

I recently coached a client on a selftape for an ABC drama pilot. Just hours after she sent her tape in, she was notified that network executives were interested in her tape!! It was heart warming to hear that our hard work was paying off!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Make sure that all of your work is 120% prepared.

All of your personalization, memorizing, and strong choices should feel as second nature as possible!
