I had great opportunity to work with them and I had a lot of fun. Enjoy learning new things in which I was able to do.

There was so much to learn, he always did above and beyond. I did not always get everything the first time but he took time to teach me more than once, twice somtimes even six or seven times. He is known to push people to bring best of them. He treated everyone equally and gave equal attention to all in the choir. He also made the choir get expose to new people and to new places, I got to visit New York city for the first time along with choir where we visited different churches and sang; this brought a new recognition to us as budding singers. He always come along to walk by our side specially the choir being a christian choir, he helped us grow spiritually. I did not always agree with him and we often fought which probably explained why we got married to each other. I am not saying all of this about him because he is my husband but he truly did his part faithfully as a choir director.

LeRoy knows what he’s doing to lead a choir. He can read music and has a range of saprano to low tenor. He’s not afraid to call you out on something you did. I stopped singing because I lost the note and he said I legt my other tenor hanging. He was right I did. He makes it fun totally enjoyed choir. I was also his assistant making phone calls asked my option at times. We didn’t totally agree at times but we always got along. He’s adament about being there and on time. Which is a great quality. Introduced us to different songs we thought we’d never sing it well he took his time with us and we did. He compliments when he feels we did good or if he knows we can do better he lets us know. He is very personable we have a lot fun like a family was how we really do know he taught us way beyond what we thought we were capable of.

It was a supportive chorus experience. I was given positive feedback. Critical feedback was minimal.
