About Sar
Hi there! I am a certified yoga instructor with specialized training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles. I teach all ages and levels and have over 15 years of practice and 2 years private instruction experience. I completed my 200-YTT in Bali and received my Yoga Alliance Certificate from a Top 5 international yoga school. My training, based in the Peruvian medicine cycle, expands to Pranayama and meditation. I create personalized practices that balance strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Outside of teaching, I have a bachelor's in both Psychology and Sociology from UCSD and enjoy going to National Parks and hiking in the mountains!
