I hold a master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision and have taught courses such as Algebra II and Geometry. I make math approachable, engaging, and meaningful by connecting math concepts to real-world situations. My lessons may include exploratory activities, collaborative problem-solving, project-based learning, movement, and even songs to help students remember important formulas and processes.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review, followed by clear instruction, guided practice, an interactive activity, and independent application. I adjust each lesson to the student’s learning style, academic needs, and confidence level.
What sets me apart is my experience as both a math teacher and school administrator. I create a positive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing confidence. My lessons are designed for middle and high school students who need extra support, test preparation, enrichment, or help mastering math concepts.
