About Ib
With a background as a teacher, lecturer and art facilitator at defining London institutions, including University of the Arts, I offer personalised one-to-one tuition focused on developing your own creative voice.
I've taught art across GCSE, IB, Foundation, Foundation Degree and university degree level, including years at Central St. Martins and Mill Hill International in London, where I worked with students from all over the world and many for whom English is a second language. I've also seen the art world up close through roles at the Serpentine Gallery, the National Gallery and Tate Modern, so I bring an understanding of how people connect with art.
I am a practising artist, trained at University of the Arts (BA) and Middlesex University (MA) under Professor Jon Thompson. I am based in both London and Denmark and I offer tuition online

One-to-one is where I do my best work — every session is shaped around you, your goals and your pace. I'm a clear, patient communicator focused on putting you in the driver's seat of your own progress, and I see my role as genuine artistic guidance — something reflected directly in recent feedback from an IB Visual Arts moderator:

Tutorials typically revolve around conversations about your interests and voice, contextual ideas and references, and technical tuition.
