About Maleni
As a person that appreciates the evolution of arts and nature, I’ve always gravitated toward the many branches of Science. To follow my fascination with Natural Sciences, I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biochemistry with certificates in Forensic Science and Pre-Health Professions. Right after completing my degree, I worked as a lab assistant and research technician in medical and research laboratories. My interests include trying new foods, trying new makeup products, listening to music, going on walks, watching Korean dramas, and enjoying nature.

I incorporate everyday life scenarios into the subjects that I teach. I like to talk about science from a career standpoint and use virtual labs. What makes me different from other tutors is that I tailor my lessons for each student, especially if their style of learning is different from mine. I am open to communicating about it.
