About Vaishali
I am a certified and experienced female yoga teacher with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yoga and over 6 years of teaching experience. I have also completed a 100-hour Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training (TTC), giving me specialized knowledge and training to support women safely through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
I specialize in working with women at different stages of life, from beginners looking to improve their overall fitness to expecting mothers and women returning to movement after childbirth. My teaching combines traditional yoga knowledge with a personalized and supportive approach.
I believe every woman’s body and journey are unique, so I adapt each session according to her individual needs, comfort, fitness level and goals. My aim is to create a safe and encouraging space where women can build strength, flexibility, confidence and overall well-being through yoga.
