About Hilal

I've been teaching English and Turkish online for the past year. I love the job because I meet so many wonderful people from different cultures. I have taught English with adolescents who are at the level of A1, A2 and B1 in English and adults who are at the level of A1 in Turkish. I have graduated from Istanbul University and have completed my bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching.

I know how challenging it would be speaking in any other language, my goal is to make our classes as comfortable as possible according to your needs.

About the lesson

I consider myself as to be supportive and funny. I am interested in learning about different cultures. SO far, I have been to 12 countries and I would like to add more to the list.
Depending on the type of class you book, we will look at some tasks and activities that I will be preparing according to your needs. We'll look at pictures, presentations and have conversations all in your target language.

After booking a class, I will ask you a few questions about your interests and language goals. I will make use of that information and prepare a wonderful lesson plan for you.

1- Beginning English A1- A2
Friendly and empathetic learning designed around student needs and learning type: auditory, visual, kinesthetic or digital (a combination of all three types of learning styles). We will focus on speaking and self-expression but also on comprehension.

2- Exam preparation Course-Preparation for university exams- Test, reading texts and grammar supported

3-English-Book/Film -Talk (For B1-C2 Level)
-Learn English by reading ENglish books, texts, newspapers
-By Watching films
-By conversation about any interesting topics

4- Conversation Practice -Grammar- All levels

5- English for those wishing to explore culture, philosophy and generally refine their verbal and written language skills. (.B1-C2)
At this level we are covering topics more in-depth and having detailed discussions. We might explore creative writing or even writing for professional or academic purposes. Level C language classes might be focused on a specific topic or project either for work or your interest
