It strengthens and harmonizes the nervous and endocrine system, synchronizing them with the network of meridians, chakras and energetic bodies. It clears the mind, fosters intuition and willpower, so as to achieve all of its creative potential and self-awareness. It acts in the heart and expands the consciousness in order to reach a state of peace and knowledge of the truth while causing profound changes in the physiological and psychological patterns. It involves Asanas, Pranayamas, Mudras, Bandhas, Mantras, deep relaxation and meditation.

I started the contact with Yoga in a physical recovery after an incident and 5 months later I returned to Brazil where I met Kundalini Yoga. Soon I fell in love and took the course in a journey of immersion and self-knowledge that led me to give a class with 6 months of course. A path totally unforeseen but that will remain forever as a part of me. The Yoga of Life
