About Deepak

Namaste! I’m Deepak Arya, a certified Yoga Instructor from Rishikesh, India, dedicated to sharing the traditional wisdom of yoga for holistic well-being. My training includes the teachings of the Bihar School of Yoga, founded by Sri Satyananda Saraswati.

I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Yoga Therapy, helping individuals improve physical fitness, mental clarity, stress management, and overall lifestyle balance through traditional yogic practices.

With approximately three years of teaching experience in Rishikesh, I bring both practical knowledge and a deep respect for yoga’s traditional roots. My qualifications include a 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC), Level 3 Yoga Certification Board (YCB) certificate, M.A. in Yoga, and a three-month Diploma in Yoga. I have also received a Gold Medal in a Yoga competition.

My mission is to make authentic yoga accessible and meaningful, helping people build a healthier body, a calmer mind, and a more balanced life.

About the lesson

Join my online yoga classes live from Rishikesh and experience authentic yoga for total wellness. I teach Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Therapy Yoga for lifestyle diseases like stress, diabetes, back pain, and more.
Each session includes:
- Gentle warm-up
-Yoga Asanas
- Breathing techniques (Pranayama)
-Guided Meditation or Relaxation
Classes are beginner-friendly, with personal guidance and focus on healing, flexibility, and peace of mind. Available in morning and evening batches via Zoom or Google Meet.
