About Barrett
With 8 years of ESL tutoring experience, I have worked with High School and College students and successfully taught around 150–200 learners. My teaching philosophy focuses on making learning clear, engaging, and result-oriented. I believe that English should be taught in a practical way that students can easily apply in real life.
I use interactive methods such as discussions, role plays, and exercises to make lessons interesting and effective. I also customise my teaching approach based on each student’s level and learning style. I provide regular feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
One of my key achievements is helping students improve their fluency, confidence, and exam performance. I am passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping students achieve their goals.
