About Amit
I am a yoga therapist/instructor. At present working as a online yoga instructor. I have 4 year's of experience of conducting personal and group online classes.
I have a huge yoga background. I have done the bachelor's in yogic sciences and I have done the 300hrs of yoga instructor course from the SVYASA University Bangalore. and currently I am doing my master degree form the same SVYASA University and currently I am in final year in fourth semester.

About the class
My teaching starts with prayer , whole body warm up , Surya namaskaras , assanas , pranayama & yoga nidra.
The class flow will change depending on attendees age groups and also health issues.
For Corporate session we teach as per the nature of work of the employees do, like for IT people we will concentrate on spine , neck and body posture corrections.
