About Bradley
I am returning to the teaching profession after being a Call Centre Advisor for the last nine years. I have taught a number of ESOL students in the past. Many have gone on to be fluent in the English Language.

I have taught ESOL in the past. I have a PTLLS Qualification and 38 hours classroom experience after volunteering at Community Revival in Chorlton, Manchester. My responsibilities included developing classroom activities, discussing texts with useful examples of the English language in practice, marking student's homework, developing and presenting tests and quizzes and creating and presenting booklets and worksheets. My approach is one of positive affirmation in the learning context. I like to give clear, concise instructions and really take time to listen to the needs of my students whilst also getting to know them on both a professional and personal level.
I believe in cultivating a vibrant working environment where every member of my classroom feels valued, appreciated and engaged. For me, it is all about giving the power to the individual so I can provide them with the tools to manoeuvre through life more easily, to increase their social mobility so that they can become the best version of themselves that they can be. I work just as well in a classroom environment as I do on a one on one basis.
