About Dejan
I am a TEFL certified, ESL Tutor. I started doing this job 3 years ago, at first offline working with high-school students later swapping to online work instead, and working with students in the age range between 3 and 80 years old. So far I successfully did well over 4000 classes across all of my teaching platforms with a high level of student satisfaction. I personally think I am better suited to work better with students of a higher proficiency in the language, but I am fully capable of conducting the most basic lessons as well.

My main teaching philosophy is based on the fact that every student is different. Very rarely, if ever, will I use the same material for 2 students. I evaluate each student as an individual and adjust the teaching material accordingly. I am a very patient and a supportive tutor, I don't mind staying with you a bit longer after the class is over (If the circumstances allow for it) just to make sure we cover what we needed to cover. I'm not going to rush you into anything but I'm also not going to be too lenient to the point where nothing is done. A healthy medium with taking into consideration all of the students opinion.
