About Shanti
Masters Degree in Education with a specialization in Teaching ESL. Twenty two years of experience teaching ESL at universities, international schools and language schools internationally and in the US.
Coordinated the Interchange Program which is a conversation partner program.As an interchange coordinator my job entailed managing sixty to eight conversation partners working in my department at the University of Hawaii.In addition I ran the International Programs office with the help.of four student assistants.
Licensed to train teachers in the Teaching ESL students in the Mainstream Classroom program.
