About Lea
I am a German-English student in Berlin and have lived most of my youth in England, where I also graduated from high school. At the moment I am studying biotechnology in the 5th semester and would like to do some tutoring on the side. Through my extensive experience in England I can help with grammar as well as listening and reading comprehension, literature and pronunciation. Since I had to learn the language even as a child, I can easily identify and understand potential difficulties, such as grammatical peculiarities, false friends, etc. Preparation for the stay abroad and background Information about the cultural aspects of the English language can also be covered.

I design my lessons individually, based on the wishes and problems of my students and put much emphasis on direct use of the language through conversations and exercises. Primarily, I try to help develop a sense of the language and confident use of the learned vocabulary and grammatical foundations. Preparation for certain certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, etc ...) is also possible.
