I have had an an outstanding experience with her in improving my English in Kurdistan, Erbil where we were teachers at an international school. Yasmin is such an adorable, kind-hearted, supportive and helpful person. By knowing her personally, I am very certain that Yasmin will help anyone regardless of his/her religion and nationality with passion, thoughtfully and unconditionally. Her precious advice is practical and motivating. By following her caring advice, I improved my English as well as my experience. Despite having differences in age, culture, our respect toward one another has grown well. Since Yasmin is back in her country, we are still in daily contact and our big dream is to meet again and one day work together. She is still helping me with proofreading my articles and editing research papers as well as advising me on any problems I have. Yasmin is a responsible and independent individual. She is a dedicated and creative teacher.

After my first lesson with Yasmin I realised how highly professional she was with the right touch of creativity. She asked me the name of the company I was going to be working for and my job description. On our first meeting, we settled my goals for the next 3 months. I had classes twice a week for 2 hours. She prepared personalised lessons which met my needs for the upcoming job. The lessons were not standard or boring at all - it was very creative and lively. We did role plays and phone calls that I would have with a challenging client. So she taught me to be assertive but professional in my communication with clients. We did lots of vocabulary relevant to my job, and we worked on my German pronunciation. This was 3 years ago, and we are still in touch with each other and good friends. I am really grateful that Yasmin always believed in me and supported me all the way, as I was very scared of this new job in a foreign country. I highly recommend Yasmin as a teacher and even as a personal coach. :)
