About Christy

Have fun learning English! I teach with a digital online curriculum specifically designed to meet your areas of need. I have a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in Education. I have taught students from Japan, Mexico, Honduras and China.

About the lesson

Dear English learner,

Do you need English to improve your communication? Don't let anything keep you from reaching your goal. We can do this together!

First, I will assign you a placement test before our trial lesson. This will let us know the areas of English on which we need to focus. I use a digital curriculum online with interactive power point lessons customized to fit each learner's needs. I will supplement your lessons based on your job or need for English in your every day living. The lessons are one hour long and homework assigned, if you request this.

I have specific lessons designed to help students pass the TOEFL exam. It includes tips and practice in each area of the exam where you need the most help.

I want to help you succeed at work or get into the college you desire. It can be frustrating to not meet your goals and with a learning partner, we will succeed together!
