About Traci
I am a 48-year old American woman who is an online ESL instructor. I was born and raised in the state of Pennsylvania, USA. I speak and use grammatically correct American English without any regional accent. I have over 10 years of teaching experience which include 4 years of online ESL instruction in daily-use English (slang, arguing, conflict for professional and personal situations), industrial & organizational psychology, investor psychology, social psychology, interview English (for students & employment) and international business to fluent adult Russian professionals (mainly businessmen in Moscow), Korean professionals and students (mainly in Seoul), Polish professionals and Chinese professionals and students via SKYPE and mobile phones.
Since each of my students has a different reason for learning English, I tailor lessons according to each students' immediate and long-term needs. This ensures that the students' are receiving what they need instead of using a textbook that is not meeting their needs.
