About Patricia
I teach English for academic purposes (EAP) and English as a Foreign Language at a Tampa community college, and I tutor with WyzAnt. I have enjoyed teaching 4 skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking (pronunciation), and grammar to students for over 10 years.

I enjoy teaching 1 to 1, face-to-face, generally, but I desire to tutor online. I sit beside my students to help them become comfortable while discussing the lesson plan for the day, and to view the materials. After we have met, and we have gone over a lessonduring the session, the next time I will refresh the student’s memory about the previous (last) lesson. Afterward, I continue to build on the current lesson by introducing new subject information. There will be questions to answer about the lesson before we complete the session. I will give a homework assignment for the next tutor session.
