I have been an ESL/Reading teacher for decades and have taught in community college and adult schools, I have travelled overseas to teach and tutor students of different ages from all over the world. I have also offered seminar/workshops to teachers on teaching techniques.

For I always believe that effective teaching and learning takes place most when the activity is enjoyable. Most of all, I always believe that a teacher is an effective teacher when she/he has imbibed in the student's mind the quest for knowledge.
