Be prepared to be pushed to your limits. This guy is relentless. I've never seen anyone train like Quentin. His mentality brought a breathe of fresh air into not only my training but my life in general. He will test your limits in a supportive manner, not letting you get in the way of your own goals. He focusses not only on technique but the mentality required to train. The detail and knowledge he brings to training from diet to routines is phenomenal and really adds value to his training regimes. I would recommend Quentin to anyone eager to reach a new level.
