About Anna
I have lived 5 years in Manchester (United Kingdom) where I graduated in Politics and Economics from Manchester Metropolitan University. During these years I acquired a very versatile experience in language management, controlling formal English through university studies and colloquial English from day to day at work and with friends. I have the Proficiency (C2) certificate issued by the Cambridge Language Assessment and the TESOL certificate (Teaching English to Students of Other Languages) which is the certificate that allows teaching English to students in non-English speaking countries. I have more than 2 years of experience teaching groups of children and adolescents in academies and giving private classes to adults.

As a private teacher I would adapt the classes to the level and interests of the students. The classes would be based on the 4 key competences when it comes to knowing a language: writing, reading, spoken communication and understanding (Writing, Reading, Speaking and Listening). These competences would be acquired through practical activities, didactic games and conversations. A language is learned better and faster when one is enjoying the communicative process and learning about topics of interest and therefore my classes would be adapted to the needs and tastes of the student. Classes can also be aimed at preparing for official exams. (Primary, ESO, Baccalaureate, Selectividad, Titles - EILTS, CAE, TOEFL ...). In this case, the classes would also be oriented to the preparation of examination techniques. I am in favor of speaking the whole class in English. Although at first it may seem difficult, it becomes very rewarding when you see that little by little you can express yourself in another language! Besides, I am there to help you and solve your doubts!
