About John
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and an ability to get along with a lot of different people are a few of my biggest strengths. After spending several years living abroad learning many different languages in different contexts, I came back home and got my Masters and teaching degree from Harvard so that I could become a teacher at the school district I attended. I am a service-oriented person, and am interested in students' growth and transformation into the best versions of themselves.

I've spent many years of my life learning several different languages, from Korean to Latin, which gives me a unique understanding of the challenges involved at every step of the process. I have also spent most of my adult life as a teacher of various ages (K-graduate) and so have experience creating engaging lessons and facilitating student growth based on individual needs and ability level. I'm a warm, enthusiastic, fun-loving person who is open to feedback and pays close attention to detail.
