Active learning methods are the best way to excel in STEM classes, and I incorporate this into my lesson plan through examples. I strongly believe the best way to learn is by doing, so we would be practicing various types of questions, slowly working through gaps in your knowledge and understanding. I had to teach myself in order to have an A+ in higher level uni classes like Differential Equations and Data Science with Python. Teaching for: AP Calc BC, AP English Lit, AP Micro/Macro Econ (Earned 5s on all the exams); Calculus III, Differential Equations, Python and Java Basics.

She’s extremely patient with the way she explains the topics and teaches in a way that gave me a lot of clarity. Math after a point didn’t feel like a chore but rather something I genuinely enjoyed doing.
She’s so well-spoken and is able to communicate and explain concepts in an easy understandable way that shows new perspectives. Overall an amazing teacher I would 100% highly recommend.
