About Filipe Luis

I obtained the CPE at the age of 15, and since then I have been helping friends and acquaintances to improve their English level. To improve my teaching abilities, I decided to obtain a TEFL certificate. I understand that studying languages can sometimes be boring and tiring, so I always try to teach in an interesting, dynamic and motivating way to the student, trying to focus on the difficulties of each one. My goal is to captivate the student to improve his English on a daily basis, even outside of classes, with almost no extra effort.

About the lesson

I am a Mechanical Engineer, and ever since I can remember I have been very passionate about the various languages, always trying to improve my knowledge. I have limited experience in teaching, which I hope to make up for with my passion for learning and teaching languages. I have a CPE level certificate from Cambridge, a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate from PremierTEFL, and I work every day with foreign clients, which allows me to practice my English. Furthermore, I also studied 6 months abroad (Germany). I have the possibility to travel in and around Braga, and I also offer web classes. I prefer to give individual lessons / explanations, but I accept groups of up to 4 people, since I think that a larger number is no longer profitable

Fixed price in relation to the students' level of knowledge.
Negotiable price depending on travel distance.
I have no cancelation policy on classes. These should be rescheduled to a compatible time for all intervening parties.
